MARKET SETUP DETAILS

Our market setup instructions can be found below. These are the same setup guidelines vendors will receive prior to each event. Please be sure to review all setup information carefully to avoid any surprises on event day. Setup details vary by market and location, so vendors are responsible for reading the instructions that apply to the market they are attending. We look forward to meeting you on-site and having a smooth, successful, and enjoyable day with everyone.

Sunday Funday Setup
Location:
The Depot
4272 Hwy 53, Hoschton, GA 30548 Setup Time:
 • Setup begins at 10:00 AM
 • Booths must be fully set up by 12:00 PM
 • Vendors must remain set up for the full duration of the event Booth Space & Equipment:
 • Each vendor is provided a 10x10 booth space
 • Vendors must stay within their assigned space
 • Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, tents, chairs, and display materials
 • Heart n Soul Markets does not provide booth equipment Parking & Load-In:
 • Vendor parking is available in the parking lot next to the building
 • A wagon or cart is recommended for transporting items
 • Final parking placement will be determined on-site by the venue owner Power & Generators:
 • This location has limited to no access to electricity
 • Personal generators are permitted
 • Vendors requiring power should plan accordingly Vendor Lunch: • Pizza lunch will be served at approximately 1:30 PM at the Heart n Soul tent • Limit of two (2) slices per vendor • One helper per vendor is included • Heart n Soul staff will serve vendors to avoid confusion or over-serving Music & Event Atmosphere:
 • Amplified music will be played throughout the event
 • Music styles include R&B, Hip Hop, Rock, and Jazz
 • Vendors sensitive to amplified music should notify Heart n Soul Markets in advance
 • DJ song requests are welcome as long as selections are family-friendly Important Reminder:
 • All vendors must comply with the Heart n Soul Markets Vendor Policies
Saturdaze Market Setup
Location: Tanger Outlet Commerce 800 Steven B Tanger Blvd Commerce, GA 30529 Setup Time: • Setup begins at 9:00 AM • Booths must be fully set up by 12:00 PM • Vendors must remain set up for the full duration of the event Booth Space & Equipment: • Each vendor is provided a 10x10 booth space • Vendors must stay within their assigned space • Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, tents, chairs, and display materials • Heart n Soul Markets does not provide booth equipment Parking & Load-In: • Vendors may unload directly at their booth space if drive-up access is available • After unloading, vendors must park in the parking lot to the left of H&M • Please complete unloading promptly to allow access for other vendors Power & Generators: • This location has no access to electricity • Personal generators are permitted at no additional cost • Generator rentals must be coordinated and/or purchased in advance through Heart n Soul Markets Music & Event Atmosphere: • Amplified music will be played throughout the event • Music styles include R&B, Hip Hop, Rock, and Jazz • Vendors sensitive to amplified music should notify Heart n Soul Markets in advance • DJ song requests are welcome as long as selections are family-friendly Vendor Lunch: • Pizza lunch will be served at approximately 1:30 PM at the Heart n Soul tent • Limit of two (2) slices per vendor • One helper per vendor is included • Heart n Soul staff will serve vendors to avoid confusion or over-serving Important Reminder: • All vendors must comply with the Heart n Soul Markets Vendor Policies
