By purchasing a vendor space with Heart n Soul Markets, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
No refunds. All vendor fees are non-refundable.
Transfers only. Vendor fees may be transferred to a future Heart n Soul Markets event at the discretion of management.
Application required. Purchasing a vendor space does not guarantee approval. All vendors must submit an application and be accepted.
Policy agreement. By purchasing, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to comply with all Heart n Soul Markets Vendor Policies and Market Setup Information.
Responsibility to review information. Vendors are responsible for reviewing all emails, policies, and setup instructions prior to the event.
Failure to comply. Failure to follow policies or setup guidelines may result in removal from the event without refund and may impact future participation.
