The Resident Vendor Program is designed for businesses ready for a consistent retail presence inside Heart n Soul Collective. Resident Vendors receive a dedicated space for the month, allowing you to create a branded shopping experience, build customer recognition, and become a regular part of our growing Collective community.

Your Resident Space Includes:

• Dedicated vendor space for the full month

• Friday–Sunday retail access during Collective operating hours

• Ability to customize and merchandise your space within Collective guidelines

• Inclusion in general Heart n Soul Collective marketing and promotions

• Access to Collective events and customer traffic

• No need to pack up your merchandise each weekend

• A consistent location for customers to find and shop your business

Important Information

This product is available to approved vendors only.

Purchasing your Resident Vendor space confirms your selected space for the applicable rental period. Your space is not considered reserved until payment has been received.

Resident Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, displays, fixtures, inventory management, setup materials, and maintaining their space according to Heart n Soul Collective standards.

All vendors must review and agree to the applicable Resident Vendor Agreement and Collective policies.

Approval does not guarantee availability. Spaces are secured on a first-paid basis.
