Halloween lands right on market day, so we're going BIG on spooky season! The Hauntober Festival is a family-friendly Halloween celebration filled with shopping, treats, fall flavors, costumes, creepy-cute displays, and plenty of spooky fun. Vendors are highly encouraged to decorate their booths and join the Halloween spirit!

Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors provide their own 10x10 tent, required tent weights, tables, chairs, signage, displays, payment processing, and all supplies needed to operate their booth.

Vendors must prepare for outdoor conditions and remain open for the full market. Participating vendors are also encouraged to promote the festival using the graphics and marketing materials provided.

Communication

Heart n Soul Markets will communicate through the email address provided during registration. Event updates will be shared leading up to the festival, with final setup instructions, arrival information, and important event details emailed during event week.

Secure Your Space

An approval email is not a reservation.

You are only considered an official Hauntober Festival vendor once your booth fee has been paid and your space is secured. Spaces are limited, and unpaid availability may be offered to other approved businesses.

Please wait until your payment has been completed before publicly advertising your participation.

Vendor fees are non-refundable. Payment confirms acceptance of Heart n Soul Markets vendor policies, event requirements, and weather/rescheduling procedures.
