Pull up a chair and stay awhile! The Front Porch Festival celebrates Southern hospitality, community, comfort food, local makers, music, and those cozy hometown moments that feel like spending an afternoon on the porch with your favorite people.

Vendor Responsibilities

Each vendor provides their own 10x10 tent, required tent weights, tables, chairs, displays, signage, payment processing equipment, and all supplies required to operate their business.

Vendors should prepare for outdoor conditions, remain open throughout the full market, and help spread the word by sharing the promotional graphics and materials provided.

Communication

Official event communication will be sent to the email address provided during registration. Vendors will receive additional information as the market approaches, with final setup instructions, arrival details, and event-specific reminders emailed during event week.

Your Booth Must Be Secured

An approved application does not guarantee or hold a space.

You are not considered a confirmed Front Porch Festival vendor until your booth fee has been paid. Until then, the space remains available and may be offered to another approved vendor.

Please do not advertise your participation until your booth is officially secured.

Vendor fees are non-refundable. Payment confirms agreement with all Heart n Soul Markets policies, event guidelines, and weather/rescheduling procedures.
