Spring is officially blooming! The Flower Child is a colorful retro-boho celebration inspired by flowers, sunshine, peace signs, creativity, and GOOD VIBES. Floral displays, bright colors, vintage touches, handmade goods, spring collections, and groovy booth designs will fit right in.

Vendor Responsibilities

Participating vendors are responsible for bringing their own 10x10 tent, required tent weights, tables, chairs, signage, displays, payment processing equipment, and all supplies needed to operate independently throughout the market.

Vendors are expected to remain open for the entire event and arrive prepared for outdoor conditions. We also encourage vendors to promote the market using the event graphics and promotional materials provided.

How We'll Communicate

All official vendor communication will be sent to the email address used to secure your booth. As we get closer to the event, we'll send additional reminders and information. Final setup instructions, arrival details, and event-specific information will be emailed during event week.

Checking your email is part of your vendor responsibility, so don't forget those spam and promotions folders!

Payment = Confirmed Space

Being approved to participate does not mean your space is being held indefinitely.

You are only considered a confirmed Flower Child vendor once your booth fee has been paid. Until payment is completed, your space may still be offered to another approved business.

Please only announce your participation after your booth is officially secured.

All vendor fees are non-refundable, and payment confirms your agreement to Heart n Soul Markets policies, requirements, and weather/rescheduling procedures.
