Vendor spaces are limited and applications are reviewed to maintain a balanced vendor mix. Booths are only secured after your application has been approved and payment has been received.

⚠️ Vendor fees are non-refundable. If Heart n Soul Markets reschedules due to weather or circumstances beyond our control, your booth fee will be transferred to another eligible Heart n Soul Markets event. Refunds will not be issued.
