Celebrate Halloween with one of our favorite family events of the year! Trick or Shop brings together costumes, candy, festive shopping, sweet treats, handmade goods, and community fun in a safe, family-friendly atmosphere.

Vendor applications are reviewed to ensure a balanced shopping experience. Booths are secured only after approval and payment.

⚠️ Vendor fees are non-refundable. If Heart n Soul Markets reschedules due to weather or circumstances beyond our control, your booth fee will be transferred to another eligible Heart n Soul Markets event. Refunds will not be issued.

Standard Vendor Booth — $50
Your entry into Sunday Funday.
Includes a 10x10 vendor space and access to a high-traffic, community-driven shopping experience.

Headline Vendor — $75
For vendors who don’t just want to show up… they want to be seen.
Includes:
• Featured spotlight (post or reel)
• Story promotion
• Priority placement in vendor lineup
• Increased visibility before and during the event

• Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and setup
• Booth spaces are limited and curated to maintain variety
• No refunds. Transfers may be allowed if needed
• Your spot is only secured once payment is completed
