Your boarding pass to summer has arrived! Passport to Summer is our travel-meets-vacation market celebrating beach days, road trips, cruises, tropical escapes, and the official countdown to summertime. Resort wear, accessories, travel essentials, outdoor goods, summer treats, and vacation-inspired displays are perfect for this market.

Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must provide their own 10x10 tent, tent weights, tables, chairs, displays, signage, payment processing, and all supplies required to operate their business. Tent weights are mandatory, and vendors should prepare appropriately for outdoor weather.

All vendors are expected to remain operational throughout the full market. Vendors are also encouraged to share event graphics and help us spread the word to their customers.

Vendor Communication

We will communicate primarily through the email address provided during registration. Event updates and reminders will be sent leading up to the market, followed by final setup instructions, arrival information, and event details during event week.

It is the vendor's responsibility to monitor their inbox, spam, and promotions folders.

An approval is an invitation to participate—not a confirmed reservation.

Your Passport to Summer space is not officially secured until your vendor fee has been paid. Spaces are limited, and unpaid spaces may continue to be offered to other approved vendors.

Please do not advertise yourself as a participating vendor until payment has been completed.

Vendor fees are non-refundable. Payment confirms your agreement to all Heart n Soul Markets policies, vendor requirements, and weather/rescheduling procedures.
