Love is in the air—and shopping bags are in hand! For the Love of Shopping is our Valentine-inspired celebration of shopping small, sweet treats, gifts, self-love, and all things LOVE. Vendors are encouraged to have fun with pinks, reds, hearts, gifting, date-night finds, and Valentine-inspired displays.

Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for providing everything needed for their setup, including their own 10x10 tent, tent weights, tables, chairs, displays, signage, payment processing, and any supplies necessary to operate their booth. Tent weights are required for outdoor setup. Vendors should arrive prepared for the weather and remain set up for the full market unless instructed otherwise by Heart n Soul Markets.

We also strongly encourage every vendor to help promote the event! Event graphics and promotional materials will be provided for sharing.

Communication

Once your space has been secured, important event communication will be sent to the email address used during registration. Vendors can expect additional event information as we get closer to market day, with final setup instructions, arrival information, and vendor details sent during the week of the event.

Please make sure you are checking your email—including spam and promotions folders—so you don't miss important updates.

Your Space Is Not Secured Until Payment Is Complete

Receiving an approval or being invited to participate does not automatically reserve a booth.

You are not considered a confirmed vendor for For the Love of Shopping until your vendor fee has been paid and your space has been secured. Spaces are limited and may continue to be offered to other approved vendors until payment is received.

Please do not advertise your participation until your space has officially been secured.

Vendor fees are non-refundable. By securing your booth, you agree to follow Heart n Soul Markets vendor policies, event guidelines, setup requirements, and weather/rescheduling procedures.
