We're throwing the ultimate summertime backyard party! Backyard Bash brings together shopping, good food, music, community, and laid-back summer fun inspired by cookouts, picnics, lawn games, lemonade, family gatherings, and those long summer afternoons we never want to end.

Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors provide their own 10x10 tent, required tent weights, tables, chairs, displays, signage, payment processing equipment, and all supplies needed to operate independently.

This is an outdoor summer event, so vendors should prepare accordingly and remain set up for the entire market. Vendors are also encouraged to promote the event and invite their customers using the promotional graphics provided.

Staying in the Loop

Heart n Soul Markets will communicate with confirmed vendors using the email address provided during registration. Additional reminders will be sent leading up to the event, with final setup instructions, arrival information, and event details emailed during event week.

Secure It Before You Claim It!

Approval does not automatically reserve your booth.

You are not considered an official Backyard Bash vendor until your vendor fee has been paid and your space is secured. Unpaid spaces remain available and may be offered to another approved business.

Please don't begin advertising your participation until your booth is officially confirmed.

Vendor fees are non-refundable, and securing your space confirms agreement with all Heart n Soul Markets policies and weather/rescheduling procedures.
