A Highlander Harvest Festival at Four Points

Heart n Soul Markets is teaming up with Four Points Academy for A Highlander Harvest Festival—a community-wide fall celebration bringing together local families, small businesses, food, shopping, activities, and plenty of fall fun!

This event will be hosted directly on the Four Points Academy campus along the highly traveled Highway 53 corridor and promoted to both the Heart n Soul Markets community and Four Points Academy families and supporters.

🍁 Standard Vendor Booth — $85

Perfect for boutiques, makers, artisans, service-based businesses, creators, and other small businesses looking to join the festival.

Your Standard Booth includes:

• One designated 10x10 vendor space
• Placement within the general festival vendor area
• Business name included on the official participating vendor list
• Inclusion in general Heart n Soul Markets event promotion
• Access to the full 12 PM–5 PM festival audience
• Vendor hospitality from the Heart n Soul Markets team

Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, weights, and other setup materials.

✨ Premium Vendor Booth — $125

Want a little more than just showing up? Premium is designed for vendors who want additional visibility before and during the festival.

Your Premium Booth includes everything in the Standard Booth PLUS:

• Premium booth placement in a high-visibility festival area
• Individual social media promotion through Heart n Soul Markets leading up to the event
• Opportunity for a vendor spotlight/interview during the festival for additional content and exposure
• Discounted vendor fee toward a 2027 Heart n Soul Markets event
• Priority consideration during festival layout and placement

Premium spaces are limited so we can make sure the added promotional benefits actually feel premium.

🌮 Food Truck / Food Vendor

Food trucks and prepared-food vendors will be placed within the festival's designated food area.

Food vendors receive:

• Designated food truck or food vending space
• Inclusion in festival food promotions and participating vendor listings
• Access to the full festival audience
• Placement coordinated based on truck/trailer size and operational needs

Food vendors must provide all required permits, licenses, insurance, power, water, equipment, and supplies necessary to operate.

IMPORTANT VENDOR INFORMATION

Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee acceptance. Heart n Soul Markets reviews applications to create a diverse vendor lineup and reduce excessive duplication of products and services.

Once approved, your selected booth fee secures your space. Vendor fees are non-refundable. Vendors should review all event policies and requirements before submitting payment.
