Half Season Pricing

Returning Heart n Soul Vendors: $325
New Vendors: $375

Your Half Season package includes vendor registration for five markets total.

After purchasing your package, you will be asked to select your five desired market dates. Market selections are based on availability and are not guaranteed until your Half Season package has been paid and your selected dates have been confirmed.

We strongly recommend securing your package and selecting your dates early. Popular themes and dates may reach capacity before the remainder of the season.

What Vendors Are Responsible For

Vendors are responsible for providing everything necessary to operate their booth, including a 10x10 tent, required tent weights, tables, chairs, displays, signage, payment processing equipment, and any additional supplies needed for their business.

Vendors should arrive prepared for outdoor conditions, follow all setup and breakdown instructions, and remain open for the full scheduled market.

We also encourage our vendors to help promote each market they attend. Heart n Soul Markets will provide event graphics and promotional materials for sharing.

Communication

Official vendor communication will be sent to the email address used during registration and checkout.

As each selected market approaches, vendors will receive event reminders and updates. Final setup instructions, arrival information, and event-specific details will be emailed during the week of each market.

It is the vendor's responsibility to monitor their inbox, spam, and promotions folders for important communication.

Secure Your Half Season

Acceptance into the 2027 Tanger season does not automatically reserve five markets.

Your Half Season package is not secured until payment has been completed. Once payment is received and your five available dates are confirmed, you will officially be considered a participating vendor for those markets.

Please do not advertise participation in a specific market until that date has been officially secured.

Half Season packages and vendor fees are non-refundable. By purchasing this package, you agree to follow all Heart n Soul Markets vendor policies, event guidelines, setup requirements, and weather/rescheduling procedures.
