One purchase secures your vendor registration for the entire 10-market Tanger season. No returning to the website every month hoping your favorite market still has space—your 2027 Tanger calendar is handled!

What Vendors Are Responsible For

Full Season vendors are responsible for providing everything needed to operate their booth at each market, including a 10x10 tent, required tent weights, tables, chairs, displays, signage, payment processing equipment, and any additional supplies required for their business.

Vendors must follow setup and breakdown instructions, prepare appropriately for outdoor conditions, and remain open throughout each scheduled event.

Consistent participation also means consistent promotion! Heart n Soul Markets will provide event graphics and promotional materials, and we strongly encourage vendors to share the markets with their audiences throughout the season.

Communication Throughout the Season

Official vendor communication will be sent to the email address used during registration and checkout.

You will receive information throughout the year as your upcoming markets approach. Final setup instructions, arrival information, and event-specific details will generally be sent during the week of each market.

Please keep your contact information current and regularly monitor your inbox, spam, and promotions folders.

Secure Your Full Season

Being accepted for the 2027 Tanger season does not automatically reserve your Full Season package.

Your participation in all 10 markets is only secured once your Full Season vendor fee has been paid in full or an approved payment arrangement has been completed.

Until your package is secured, individual market availability may continue to be offered to other approved vendors.

Full Season packages and vendor fees are non-refundable. By purchasing this package, you agree to follow all Heart n Soul Markets vendor policies, event guidelines, setup requirements, and weather/rescheduling procedures throughout the 2027 season.
