Vendors are encouraged to have fun with pinks, reds, hearts, gifting, date-night finds, and Valentine-inspired displays.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eVendor Responsibilities\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eVendors are responsible for providing everything needed for their setup, including their own 10x10 tent, tent weights, tables, chairs, displays, signage, payment processing, and any supplies necessary to operate their booth. \u003cstrong\u003eTent weights are required for outdoor setup.\u003c\/strong\u003e Vendors should arrive prepared for the weather and remain set up for the full market unless instructed otherwise by Heart n Soul Markets.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe also strongly encourage every vendor to help promote the event! Event graphics and promotional materials will be provided for sharing.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eCommunication\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOnce your space has been secured, important event communication will be sent to the \u003cstrong\u003eemail address used during registration.\u003c\/strong\u003e Vendors can expect additional event information as we get closer to market day, with final setup instructions, arrival information, and vendor details sent during the week of the event.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlease make sure you are checking your email—including spam and promotions folders—so you don't miss important updates.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eYour Space Is Not Secured Until Payment Is Complete\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eReceiving an approval or being invited to participate does \u003cstrong\u003enot\u003c\/strong\u003e automatically reserve a booth.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eYou are not considered a confirmed vendor for For the Love of Shopping until your vendor fee has been paid and your space has been secured.\u003c\/strong\u003e Spaces are limited and may continue to be offered to other approved vendors until payment is received.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlease do not advertise your participation until your space has officially been secured.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eVendor fees are non-refundable.
